Creative Trinity

Creative Trinity is our first campaign we are running at Psyche and Soul. It is a collective of three competitions; Earths Cry, The Weight of the World and, A Letter to the Earth. They are all uniquely different but equally offer artists, poets and creative writers an opportunity to express their emotional response to the climate crisis we face. The entry fee to a chosen competition is done on a donation basis through our Donorbox page. Entrants are encouraged to enter more than one piece of work throughout the year. We look forward to seeing the creations from around the world.

Earths Cry is an annualised short story competition that challenges creative writers to write a powerful and honest story that exposes the reader to the Earths Cry.

Word Limit: 5000 +/- 10%

The Weight of the World is the first of an annualised competition that aims to bring together an army of poets around the world hungry to express how they feel about the heavy weight the world has become through degradation of our natural world. The prompt is a poem from the founder of Psyche and Soul. Enter today to be in for a chance to secure your own poetry alongside The Weight of the World in Volume 1.

Weight of the World

A letter to the earth sees artists come together to bring to life another poem written by the founder. Artists are asked to isolate a line or two and focus on this when they begin illustrating the own reflection of the line selected and the images it brings up for them. This should not discourage people from entering illustrations that capture sections of the poem, or even the entire thing. Each entry will be considered.
